Shipping: We offer USPS and UPS shipping
options and we ship FAST! In stock items will ship in 1-2
days. Items are shipped from our store in Winthrop,
Washington and are based on actual weight and size. If you provide
an email during checkout, you will receive an email from
either UPS or USPS with tracking information when the item(s)
ship. USPS is not recommended for breakable items due
to their fairly difficult insurance claim process. Very heavy shipments, such as sets of dishes or glasses, may cause our online shipping calculator to restrict your shipping options to UPS 2nd Day and UPS 3 Day. In this case, please call us directly at 509.996.2009 to place your order if you wish to use UPS Ground or USPS. International shipments are offered USPS Global Priority or USPS Global Express mail and are based on weight and destination. Some breakable items are not available for shipment overseas. If you wish to use other shipping methods, please contact us. Gift/Bridal Registry: We offer gift registry to assist your guests in choosing the perfect gift for your special occasion. Just email us at info@tagdinnerwareus.com for more information. Gift Wrapping: Gift wrapping is available for most items for an additional $5.00 per item. Click here to add gift wrapping to an item. No receipt will be placed in the shipment. Please provide an email in the Bill To area during checkout to receive an e-receipt. Returns: We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with an item, please return it for a refund within 30 days. You may return merchandise by mail, UPS or FedEx. Please return unused items with a copy of your invoice and a brief explanation to the address below. We highly suggest purchasing insurance as we can only credit items returned in new condition. Shipping costs are not refunded. Damage: Any broken, damaged or missing items must be reported to us within 15 days of receipt to be eligible for refund or replacement.
